Shipping Policies
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment’s location, payment and the particular time of year. If payment is by check or money order the order will not ship until the check has cleared the bank. Customers should expect a 7-14 day delivery time once payment has been verified. We also offer 3-day express shipping on select products.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Currently we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. You will be contacted via e-mail or telephone in the event that one of your items is backordered.
International Shipping. In an effort to better serve our International customers, CampingATV.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iGlobal Stores, to fulfill orders to over 200 countries. To place an international order, just put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and click the “iGlobal Checkout” button on the Shopping Cart page.
Upon clicking the “iGlobal Checkout” button, the items in the shopping cart will be transferred into iGlobal Stores’ custom checkout page. This checkout page will give you the option to pay for your products in your own currency with real time conversion rates. No subscription will be required, no additional fees will be added, and you can order your products hassle-free.

Continental US Only
Shipping to Different Address. We offer shipping to a different address than the Billing address. This option is available during the Checkout process.
Free Shipping. Many of our products have free ground shipping to the continental United States (lower 48 States only). These products will have a “Free Shipping” image on the product page. Please contact us for shipping options to Alaska and Hawaii.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email us for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number (see Return Merchandise Policy below). No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Satisfaction Guaranteed. Your purchase has a 45-day 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 45 days and we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) once we receive the item(s) in new, sellable (see Return Merchandise Policy below) condition. Your satisfaction is very important to us and if we fail to achieve it please Contact Us and grant us the opportunity to correct the situation!
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 45 days from the ship date to request a refund. You must Contact Us (with “RETURN” in the subject field) with a statement indicating which item the refund request is for and the Order #. Once the refund request is received a Return Authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you.
Any items returned to CampingATV.com without an RA number on the outside of the box will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. Please ensure all returns come with their original box and in new, sellable condition to receive a full refund of the original purchase price. If any original parts, accessories, documentation and/or packaging are used, damaged or missing then the returned item is not in new, sellable condition and a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
If you received a different product than initially purchased or are returning a product, the item must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
- Original packaging.
- Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized and a RA# has been issued by our return department you should:

- Return the item in new, sellable condition to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the RA# clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
- We will notify you once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 7 days from receipt of the returned item for inspection.
- After inspection of returned merchandise and acceptance that the returned item is in new, sellable condition we will process your refund to your credit card or send a refund check and notify you.
- If the returned item is not in new, sellable condition then a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Refused Shipments and Undeliverable Addresses. If you refuse delivery of a shipment when the package comes back to us it will be discarded and you will not be refunded for your order. Again, if you wish to return something please follow our normal return merchandise policy.
If you provide an undeliverable address and your package comes back to us marked undeliverable we will contact you to obtain a valid shipping address. You will be responsible for shipping cost to reship your order to you. Please note you will be charged the actual cost of shipment even if you only previously paid for shipping if we have to reship your order due to undeliverable
